Kandice Martinez is a 2009 Outreach graduate. She played  7th & 8th grade

JV Volleyball and Varsity Volleyball all her high school career.  She was awarded Best Serve and Miss Spike her Sophomore year.  OCE girls Volleyball team won the State Championship in 2004 and Kandice was awarded All-State Honorable Mention.  Kandice has a huge heart for OCE and the growth of the students educationally and athletically!
