Who We Are and What We Believe

Outreach Christian Education exists to develop and train the whole person spiritually, academically, physically, and socially with excellence in a Christ-centered culture to thrive in industry and profession and take the Gospel to every generation.

Purpose

The purpose of Outreach Christian Education is to be an extension of the Christian home in training young people in a Christian environment for time and eternity. The objective in building a private, Christian school is to obey the scriptural imperatives of Deuteronomy 6:5-7: “Love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children.”

OCE is grounded in Biblical truth. We strive to impact the lives of students every day by enabling them to grow in their relationships with God, cultivate critical thinking, and awaken the realization that God has a purpose for their lives.

Portrait of a Graduate

Graduates of Outreach Christian Education will be equipped to succeed in college or trade and beyond and to accomplish God’s purpose for their lives. They will be spiritually resolute, academically proficient, physically disciplined, and socially adept. OCE graduates

Spiritually Resolute​

 

Students will grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and their sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, expand their biblical knowledge, and develop the ability to approach life from a Christian worldview, which empowers them to act ethically in any situation and expand their sphere of influence.

Academically Proficient​

 

Students will expand their capacity to gather, retain, and apply knowledge and truth. At OCE, students learn to use analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, which they can utilize in their professional and personal lives. They will also develop global perspectives, including an appreciation for artistic expression in various historical and cultural settings.

Physically Disciplined​

 

Students will develop an active awareness of the importance of living a balanced, healthy, and physically disciplined lifestyle.

Socially Adept​

 

Students will cultivate the skills to communicate effectively in both spoken and written language and to interact within diverse cultures, professions, and social settings. They will gain an understanding of their obligations as service-oriented leaders who can make a positive impact on society.​
