Step 1:

Begin your OCE experience by attending a visit to our campuses. This is a perfect opportunity for prospective parents to:

Step 2: Submit an Application

Grades K-12: Learn more about our Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School & High School Programs.

The school office will then enter your information into Gradelink and you will receive a Gradelink Welcome Email

Step 3:
Educational Consultation
-
If your application meets our admissions criteria and we anticipate an available seat, your family will be invited to an Educational Consultation. This meeting allows us & parents to review scholarship opportunities and available financial support are also reviewed as part of this conversation, ensuring families have a clear understanding of the resources that may be available to them.

Educational Consultations are only offered to families who have submitted a complete application and for whom there is a projected opening in the desired grade level. Consultations last approximately one hour.
Step 4:
Admissions
Review

We’re excited to learn more about your family and begin the review process.

Once your application is received, our admissions team carefully reviews each submission to ensure we have everything needed to move forward. If any additional information is required, we will reach out directly.

Families will be guided through the remaining parts of the enrollment process, and confirming placement.
Step 5:
Admissions Offer & Enrollment

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an official decision from our admissions team. If your child is accepted and you have completed the enrollment process, their seat is warmly secured for the upcoming school year, and our team will begin preparing for your student’s transition while sharing important updates as we approach the first day.

If we are unable to offer admission, you will be notified with care and transparency, and we encourage you to consider reapplying in the future should circumstances change.
Step 6:
Student Placement Test

New students take a placement test to help us determine the best starting point for their learning, allowing us to support them at the right academic level from day one.
Key Admissions Dates

January 15 - Re-Enrollment Period Begins

February 15 - Deadline to submit written intention to withdraw for the upcoming school year

March 15 - July 31 - Continuous enrollment activates for 2026-2027; annual enrollment fee will be drafted automatically via ProCare*
OPEN Enrollment for New Families begins: February 15 - July 31

August 1 - August 19 - Enrollment closes as we begin the school year.

August 20 - Enrollment Re-opens. Rolling admissions for any remaining seats
