Tuition Assistance

OCE operates a needs-based assistance program for enrolled and newly enrolled families. Each year’s tuition assistance awards are determined by the number of applicants, the amount of verifiable financial need each applicant demonstrates, and the donations available to meet the tuition assistance needs.  Families must reapply for Financial Aid each school year, as needed. See Victoria Bullard for more information or to request a Financial Aid Application.

3) School In‑House Financial Aid:

At OCE, we understand that every family’s financial situation is unique, and we are committed to making Christian education accessible. In addition to outside programs like ACE Scholarships, our school also offers in‑house scholarships to help support families who need additional assistance.

What Are In‑House Scholarships?
In‑house scholarships are funds provided directly by the school to help reduce tuition for qualifying families. These scholarships are made possible through generous donors, school fundraising efforts, and our commitment to supporting families who desire a Christ‑centered education.

How Do I Apply?
Applying is simple and designed to be parent‑friendly:
1.     Complete the School Application
Families must first complete the admissions application for their child.
2.     Submit the Financial Aid Form
You will fill out the school’s financial aid application
(Through the school office).
This form helps us understand your family’s financial needs.
3.     Provide Supporting Documents

You may be asked to submit income documents so our team can fairly review your request.

Who Reviews the Application?
Your application is reviewed by our Financial Aid Committee, which may include the principal and designated administrative staff.

All information is kept confidential and is used only to determine scholarship eligibility.

How Awards Are Given
Scholarships are awarded based on:
•     Financial need
•     Available funds
•     The number of families applying
•     The school’s ability to support each request

Our goal is to partner with families and make tuition as manageable as possible.
